Sounds like positive times may be coming though... the place on the first picture, is it the old or new one? Assuming it's the old, since the one where it's a studio is the first one, and the one that isn't right after... I'd miss the color if I lived there. All those details.
First pictures seem somewhat melancholy but with the latter ones it doesn't seem so bad at all! Hoping for good things! Good luck! With both the workshop and the project. Definitely always a challenge making time stretch just enough.
